Light from Madinah: King Fahd Complex Releases Holy Quran in Braille
Stemming from its global leadership and profound sense of mission, the King Fahd Complex for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Madinah is honored to present version 1.3 of the electronic Holy Quran in Braille to the visually impaired community across the Islamic world.
This blessed edition follows the narration of Hafs an Asim (from the Shatibiyyah way) and is provided in the supported electronic Braille (BRF) format, designed for easy reading on electronic Braille displays.
Technical Specifications:
- Narration: Hafs an Asim.
- Environment: Electronic displays capable of processing BRF files.
- Table Used: Arabic 01.
- Grade: Grade 1 (no abbreviations).
- Shaddah Position: Shaddah placed before the letter.
- Line Format: 32 cells per line, with no word splitting.
